  • CABANA POOL HOUSE & RECREATIONAL POOL:
    This pool has something for every member of the family—plenty of room for swimming, a shallow end with sprinklers for little swimmers, deck chairs for reading and relaxing, and a picnic area.    . Currently opened!

  • OLYMPIC POOL & CLUB HOUSE:
    T    his will be an Olympic-size community pool with marked swimming lanes for aquatic exercise or community competitions. It will be at the top of Plantation Square on the Milford Church entrance.

  • NATURAL WALKING TRAILS:
    When Blue Ridge Plantation is complete, walking trails will meander through 86 acres of beautiful trees and grassy areas connecting each of our communities.

  • PICNIC AREAS:
    Throughout the community, there will be cleared areas with picnic tables for neighborhood gatherings and family fun    .

  • LAKESIDE RECREATION AREA:
    This lakefront area, designed for the entire community to enjoy, will have facilities for picnicking, sports, fishing, kids’ recreation, and much more. Coming Soon.

  • PAVED WALKING PATHS:
    Each neighborhood has paved sidewalks throughout for those leisurely strolls and connecting to your neighbors. In the future, all neighborhoods will have asphalt areas connecting to the neighborhoods and common areas.

  • GRASSY OPEN AREAS:
    There will be several large cleared grassy areas for community sports and recreation for the children of the Blue Ridge Plantation Communities.
